Hand carved in a warm beige Burgundian limestone this Early Tudor fireplace design is suitable for both open fires and log burning stoves. It has a mantel 1495 mm long and 224 mm deep. The mantel stands 1161 mm high and has a fireplace opening 914 mm wide by 867 mm high. However, slips can also be supplied if the opening needs reducing further to fit your fireplace.
The fireplace surround can come with a matching Burgundian limestone outer hearth, as shown, which measures 1384 mm long by 400 mm wide and by 50 mm thick. (Please just tick the "Include Hearth " box if required.) The interior stone wall cladding and inner hearth showed in the photograph are illustrative only but can be quoted if wanted. These are usually only wanted if a stove is going to be fitted as they help lighten up the opening. Different sized outer hearths, inner hearths, slips can also all be supplied in matching stone, honed black slate or polished black granite and quoted for if required
This fire surround is prepared for fitting before it leaves our workshops and will have all the fixing holes pre-drilled so it is easier to assemble on site.
